Unboxed system with matching grey controller, 2 pin power cable (console is 100v), AV cables and a replacement internal battery plus Daytona USA.

Daytona USA looks a bit old now, and it does take a bit of time to acclimatise yourself with the low frame rate and lack of analogue controls (it's definitely harder to put all the power down with a digital accelerator, more so when you’re trying to counter a powerslide mid-corner with a digital D-Pad!). When you first play it or if you haven't played it for ages, you'll probably find yourself improving your skills but on the Medium and Expert tracks the tiniest mistake seems to punish you massively! Stick with it, be delicate with the controls, and it slowly falls into place... it's still a great game. In fact, it’s a brilliant game. As you get more and more used to the handling and controls (always use control Type B, manual gearshift, even if it takes longer to learn!), the roughness of the way it looks seems to gradually fade away and the fact that the frame rate and digital controller conspire to make it less controllable than the arcade seems to matter less and less the more you play it.
Aside from F355, which doesn’t have the option, I think Sega arcade racing games are always better on the outside view, where you can see your car. Most racing games play terribly on this view (Ridge Racer!!!) but Sega ones just handle perfectly and, as you can see your car and place it on the track, it gives the game an extra bit of depth I think. Daytona USA feels like a very different game from the inside view. It’s really fast and exciting when you play it like that, but I’ll always prefer the outside view as there’s just more finesse.

Overall good condition but see pictures for full details: ACTUAL ITEM PICTURED.

System is 100v so you may need a step-down transformer (50W is fine).
