Brand new, sealed: ACTUAL ITEM PICTURED (not the first picture, that's a stock photo). When we first got this game, half of the seal was wrapped in another outer seal which some game store had probably added for reasons known only to them. We made the mistake of trying to remove this extra seal... it wouldn't come off properly and made a mess of the original seal underneath.
Note that we only ever crop our photos. We never enhance/retouch them!
