ORDERS TO BE SENT BY ROYAL MAIL RECEIVED BEFORE 3:00PM GMT (Mon-Fri) WILL BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY. COURIER DELIVERY ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 10:30AM WILL BE SENT THE SAME DAY. Upon receiving your order, we will attempt to charge your credit card. If this is successful, we will email you with confirmation that your order has been dispatched, and supply you with an order tracking number for your reference.
The reason we charge for delivery is that we prefer to give YOU shipping options. There are 3 options to ship goods to anywhere in the UK mainland. All goods must be signed for upon delivery.
1st Class Signed For (formerly Recorded) Delivery
Being 1st class, the package will normally arrive the next day, BUT IS NOT GUARANTEED TO DO SO, and, on occasion, can take as long as 2-3 days. The package is insured up to the value of 50.
Special Delivery
The fastest way to get the postman to your door, a Special Delivery package will arrive next day by 1PM. The package is insured up to the value of £250.
Courier Delivery
Our carrier is DPD Local (formerly Interlink), a large National carrier renowned for delivering on time, Your package is guaranteed to arrive next day by 5:30PM. DPD will email you with a 1 hour delivery time slot on the morning of the delivery. Provide a mobile number and DPD Local will text you 15 minutes before they attempt to make the delivery.

After choosing the items you wish to purchase, you will go to the shopping basket page. If your shipping destination is unavailable for selection, it means that your order is over 2Kg. You can try deleting some items, but if any one item is over 2Kg, we currently cannot ship to your country through any of our standard shipping methods. If you would like us to provide you with a specific shipping charge, please email us with your order.

From October 9th 2003 ISF is fast-tracked onto the first available flight to its destination
